CHALLENGE

My team chose USPS, and we were tasked with constructing a product architecture map, identifying a flow we want to improve, gathering user feedback, and creating a digital prototype demonstrating the improved experience.

GOAL

Our objective was to develop a modern and efficient interface for USPS, providing users with compelling reasons to utilize the app. Leveraging the distinctive capabilities of mobile devices, we intergrated AR scanning to enhance user input, thus facilitating a smoother shipping experience.

RESULT

Based on feedback from our interviewees, we redesigned the USPS app to be modern, accessible, and user-friendly, addressing their desire for clearer hierarchy and enhanced support. Through visual cues and  information grouping, each step of tracking and shipping a package is seamlessly guided. We're confident our redesign meets their needs and provides users with compelling reasons to utilize the USPS app.
